About the Opportunity

 

Diversified Construction has an opportunity available for a Camp Manager to oversee camp operations at the company's Springwater facility.

 

The role operates on a work cycle of two weeks on and two weeks off, with FIFO ex-Brisbane. This is a six-month role, with the potential for continued employment at the conclusion of this period.

 

The key duties and responsibilities will include:

 

• Managing and monitoring the camp operations, including staff and resources;
• Providing direction to the Camp Administrator; and
  
• Assisting site and company management with the resolution of any issues relating to the camp.

 

To be successful in this role, you will require 5 to 10 years' experience in managing remote location camps with up to 200 residents. You must be computer literate with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
